Hi, I’m Beth, I’m a product manager and technical writer. I like working in complex technical domains, in particular on figuring out how to make infrastructure useful and useable. I’m happiest when I’m learning something new.

I grew up in London, and now live in Zürich, Switzerland. I work at Google; previously I worked at Redgate Software, Ocado Technology, Improbable, Digital Asset. More about my work experience.

I’m one of the co-founders of Coffeehouse Conference.

I was previously the editor of the monthly Write the Docs newsletter. Sometimes I give talks at conferences and meetups.
